Dedication to customer service - My goal for my clients would be for them to truly be able to state that what I’m doing for them is everything an agent could do to get their home sold. That when their home closes they can with confidents refer me to their friends or family knowing that I will do the same for them. I will ensure that I am available to anwer and assist you with all of your questions. For example I had a past seller with special needs and they could not open the door themselves so for every showing I had to be present. They were happy because I could be there to answer questions about their home and since we have 5 team members this is not a difficult thing to do for a seller.

Knowledge or Oceanside – Oceanside is my area of expertise and my focus area. I am familiar with the floor plans, schools and value of homes in this area. Also, if you’re not from the area. I can inform you of projects that the city is planning on doing, such as the redevelopment area near the beach, the new corporate center and new home communities.
